enquiries@westsomersetcollege.orgWest Somerset College is pleased to be able to report great success in our A-Level exams this summer, this year we have achieved the best results WSC has ever seen. We have achieved a bumper crop of A*- C grades, and as a result we have raised our value-added score significantly ensuring that on average every student in Y13 has achieved results higher than students nationally.
W e are a small 6th form College but despite our diminutive size, we have achieved a huge haul of 16 A*-A and equivalent results, 44 B and equivalent results. In addition, our A*-B, A*-C and A*-E results have also increased again.
There have been many great subject performances. Further Maths, Photography, Motor Vehicle, Construction and the Extended Project Qualification all achieved 100% A*-C. Art, Photography and Textiles all achieved 50%+ A*-A results, which is amazing.
