Exams Information

Message from Gregg Mockridge, Headteacher:

Following the announcement from the government about the cancellation of the summer examinations, I wanted to reassure you that the college is working with examination boards to ensure our students receive appropriate recognition for their progress and hard work.

Examination grades will be determined by the Department of Education and will be based on a rich data set including mock examination grades, internal assessments, prior attainment data as well as 'how much progress a student would have been likely to have made at the school they are attending'.

For more information about how this process is working see the Q and A government information (opens in new window):

We understand that this is an unsettling and difficult time and will do everything we can to support our students.
