My name is Ellesse Beales and I am primarily a Business Studies Teacher, and my other passion is careers. I always like to consider 'what's next' for our students at WSC and try to help them consider this as frequently as possible. I believe that everybody can reach their aspirations, whether that is University, an apprenticeship, continuing the family business or starting their own. It is my goal to help students feel as informed as possible so they understand all options available to them.

My role is to support the Careers Lead and Advisor in giving students support in choosing their future career path. I also help to co-ordinate subject departments with relevant career opportunities, career days and university visits. I am currently working on a CV workshop with Kate Watkins for all Year 9 to start developing their very own CV.
