Half termly awards assemblies for Years 9 to 11 

Every half term rewards (this is in week 2) there is an award assembly where the following awards are awarded to students.  

• Headteacher’s awards –OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENT awarded by subjects-Postcard home from headteacher. 
• Headteacher’s awards –OUTSTANDING EFFORT awarded by subjects -Postcard home from headteacher. 
• Head of Year award Ambition – 1 student per year group-Postcard home from Head of Year and tea and cakes with Headteacher week 3 
• Head of Year award Respect – 1 student per year group-Postcard home from Head of Year and tea and cakes with Headteacher week 3 
• 100 % ATTENDANCE from September – Certificate from Tutor.  
• Highest Percentage Tutor Group Attendance-Tutor group will be awarded a small prize to share. 
• Non-school uniform award for best Year group-Based on behaviour points, House points, homework completion and attendance, A year group will be chosen and allowed to arrive at school on the Tuesday of week 3 to wear a non uniform. 
• BEHAVIOUR COMMENDATIONS –no behaviour points recorded on SIMs-Letter home from Mrs Cranna. 
• Bronze badge to be presented in each half term assembly when they reach the following points (500 points). 
• Silver badge to be presented in each half term assembly when they reach the following points (750 points). 
• Gold badge to be presented in each half term assembly when they reach the following points (1000 points). 
• Platinum badge and Certificate to be presented in each half term assembly when they reach 1500 points and a congratulatory letter to parents from head teacher.

• 100 % ATTENDANCE from September – Achievement Leader will organise a prize draw.
